Basically what I would like to share with you now are some personal ideas which I feel could be very helpful in understanding and making these ideas bring positive results into your life. My personal guide, Sidi, (see www.sufimaster.org< has written extensively on these ideas but in a different form. Here is my interpretation and assimilation of how it works and how our thoughts develop along these lines.

 

You are an extension of divine thought…all nonphysical language is a kind of vibration…we radiate that which we vibrate…so in this sense you are the creator of your own reality…you can choose to allow as much as possible your true divine nature to always flow through you…when you do that you are consciously allowing your full connection with God to express itself, and this is a joyful feeling…this well-being is what God intended for us, because He created us with Divine Love…the better you feel the more you are allowing the divine love to flow through you and the worse you feel the less you are allowing this connection…when we feel bad we are resisting this connection…feelings of insecurity and anger and hate are born from your disconnection with who you truly are…when you remember who you are through prayer and remembrance (repetition of the Divine Name), you then can intentionally reach for thoughts that will hold you in a vibrational harmony or alignment with who you really are, and then your world will fall into alignment and a sense of well-being and Divine Love will show itself to you in all areas of your life experience…your emotions will always show you whether you are allowing your true connection with God to express itself…no one who is truly connected to God and in the flow of Divine Love could ever do anything to hurt you…they only do this from a place where they are disconnected…and if you don’t allow it they cannot cause you to be disconnected

There are also many references in THE SECRET about the law of attraction. One of the important aspects to understand about this law is that if the thing you are seeking is right for you, this thing is also seeking you. This is what makes it a match. If you are looking for change and growth and transformation in your life, the MLM industry is without doubt looking for people like you. Great sports teams are seeking the athletes that are also seeking them. If you are married, your wife was looking for you while you were looking for her. So if you are challenged now and thinking of doing something else, there is definitely a company looking for you to help them. I am always looking for people to mentor and help find the success they dream of, just as there are many people looking to be mentored. The fact that you are on this site, reading this, means that we have attracted each other into our lives, and this is because I am seeking people like you and you are seeking something that I have to offer.

What happens is that often we allow our fears or negative thoughts to dominate and so our vibration is from a place of fear rather than the joy and light that we feel when we are focused on our dreams. And here is a very important point. God is Love and when we live from a place of love, then we are living as an extension of our Creator, living the way we were created to live. And thus we can feel peace. But when we focus on our fears, we are not trusting the Love, and so we are disconnected from feeling good. What I have found is that when I am feeling really good and have strong, positive emotion flowing through me when I focus on what I want, then I can literally feel a genuine and real excitement as I move towards the fulfillment of what my heart is seeking. Remember when you fell in love how excited you were about everything and how powerfully you experienced the emotions. If you meet someone and there is not this spark of powerful emotions, then the relationship usually doesn’t go very far. And if you focus on negative thoughts, such as “I am not good enough for this person,” or “this person could never like me,” then the relationship doesn’t work either. You attract what is the dominant thought and the dominant thought is the one with the strongest emotion tied to it.

So in this industry, in this kind of business, you want to feel a lot of passion around the experience. This means your heart authentically feels something with the product, and that you are excited about the team members and people with whom you will be collaborating. You want to be sure the company is solid and that you FEEL GOOD about being a part of that experience. I think we all have doubts that surface when we start something new, but you can go within and actually feel what is the dominant emotion, and KNOW whether it is positive or negative.

If it helps, make a list of all the things that potentially excite you about a project and make a list of all the things you experience in a negative way. Once you decide that the positive outweighs the negative, then leave all the negative thoughts and only focus on the good things and allow positive feelings of joy to permeate throughout yourself and trust that what you are wanting is also wanting to get together with you.

When applying these ideas to MLM or network marketing, use the principles I described to know whether you feel you are in the right place and with the right people. It matters more that you love the opportunity I am presenting you than whether I love it. Of course I would only seek to be in partnership with someone who was passionate about what they are doing, but I still need to bring my passion to the table. I would always want to be on a team of athletes that wanted to be champions and cared as much about being the best as I cared. So if you get really good feelings about something as you are looking into it, then follow those feelings and allow them to grow. Don’t ever let fear or negative thoughts interfere and keep you from living your dreams. Then allow your heart to open and be a vibrational match to people who will feel as you do, and you will experience the beauty of the law of attraction as you attract people who will share a similar dream and will help you build a successful and powerful business and with whom you will enjoy co-creating.

My teacher Sidi said, “Don’t love things that don’t love you back.” He also said we can use our tongues in many ways, but the best are in praising and thanking our Creator and in asking for understanding and increased knowledge. So thank God in your heart for all you have been given and ask God to support you in sharing with you any information you need to know, in order to do what is necessary to have what you want.

Let me first share a bit about myself. I am the father of four very special beings and a brand new very proud grandfather.

My newest hero and first grandaughter Layla at 3 months. Her mom is one of my heroes as well, as are all my kids.

I spent over 25 years in France, where I worked as a fashion photographer until I returned to the states and experienced some personal challenges that led to a very different life.

I was living in Santa Fe at the time and they have a saying there…”Do you know how you make God laugh?…..Tell Him your plans.” I am now much more concerned in knowing what God’s plans might be for me than in letting my ego dictate where I should go or what I should do.

I founded and now run a non profit organization dedicated to promoting the teachings of my teacher, Sidi Shayhk Mohammad Al Jamal Ar Rifai, the head of the higher Sufi Council in Jerusalem and the Middle East, and helping him as he travels to many communities through out the U.S. as he helps people heal from emotional, physical and spiritual challenges.
